Okay, I’ve gotta tell you a little secret.
Tomorrow is my FAVORITE workout of your Challenge.
It’s flat out the toughest workout of the entire week, and it’s only 19 minutes long.
I have aptly nicknamed it, “19 Minutes Of Hell”…….
No spoilers on what you will be doing, but I will just say this:
You can “cheat” on 19 Minutes Of Hell really easily.
BUT if you follow along, 100% as prescribed, you will be crushed.
If you feel ill or faint in any way, shape or form, following along exactly as prescribed, be sure you are careful.
We don’t need anyone passing out……..or worse!
But if you’re up for The Challenge, and you say, “That’s what I signed up for, Jason!”………..then tomorrow………..IT’S ON.
