Did you set up times to eat your meals? That is just so incredibly important – I cannot emphasize enough how crucial it is to have a fixed time to eat your meals.

How about the workout? Pushes, pulls, and squats, baby!

Are you a beginner with those movements, or are you an old pro?

And what about the mindset shift?

MINIMIZING THE CHANGE, baby – it’s your key to making fitness a reality. Never think about “the big picture” or “your ultimate goal”. ONLY think about “the next step”.
