Hey, Jason here.

Sooooooooo, I have to ask:

How much protein did you eat today?

Did you get some protein at each meal? If so, how did you feel?

Were you more full than normal?

How about those supersets? Those are hella fun, right?

Okay, what were we talking about? Oh, right, mindset………

Take the lesson the re-frame and use it often. Not just for fitness, but for anything.

I have two daughters that are spunky and rambunctious as all get-out. I have to “re-frame” my thoughts constantly – just to stay sane!

And lastly……..

We chatted today about the benefits of Protein, the purpose of the “Superset”, how to use the “Re-Frame”, and the upcoming Challenge workouts!
