Rachel had always been an avid runner and considered herself fit.
However, after having 3 children, she found herself with less time than ever before.
And even after running mile after mile………she just didn’t have the body that she used to!
Rachel was wondering how to solve this problem when she came to us.
We dialed back her training significantly – she began doing 3 weightlifting sessions per week for about 45 minutes.
We started her on a flexible dieting plan so she could continue to eat her favorite foods and keep hunger to an absolute minimum.
Within weeks, Rachel’s abs started to pop, as she lost 11 pounds and 5 inches off of her stomach in just 3 short months.

Before I hired Jason, I was an avid runner and after my 3rd baby couldn’t wait to go back to the gym, run, and lose my baby weight.
Well…it wasn’t happening. I ran 4-5 miles every day, but my weight didn’t budge.
