Hey, I have a question for you……
WHO’S READY TO ROCK?!?
Are you ready for this?!
Starting tomorrow, you are going to be taking our “5 Day Healthy Living Kickstart Challenge”.
This week long course has been the catalyst of change for hundreds of men and women – just like you – who are looking to lose weight and feel great!
Each day, you will have a new assignment and unlock another day’s worth of activities and challenges!
Your assignments are labeled “ACTION ITEMS” and are highlighted in red on each page.
I will make sure you are always prepared and ready to rock; all you need to do is follow along with the emails and lessons.
The ONLY thing you need to do right now – is set a reminder to check your inbox tomorrow morning, first thing.
Your first message – with tomorrow’s workout – will come at 4 am, EST! 🙂
***The entire Challenge will be sent to you via Facebook Messenger – the only email is the “Introduction Email”. 🙂
(Tomorrow’s workout will require a gym, but there will also be a bodyweight alternative if you do not have gym access.)
***What Will You Need This Week?
1. Food
You will need whole food protein sources such as:
- lean meat (turkey, chicken, beef)
- lean fish (tilapia, whitefish, etc.)
- whey shakes if you prefer (not a requirement
You will need whole food carb sources such as:
- white or brown rice
- white or sweet potatoes
- fruit
- pasta
You will need your choice of veggies such as:
- broccoli
- cauliflower
- carrots
- spinach
- tomatoes
- lettuce
- carrots
You don’t need a specific amount of these items – choose your favorites and have enough to get you through the week.
There will not be a “specific meal plan” to follow – we believe in flexible dieting, your food choices are up to you, but each meal will consist of protein, veggies, and a whole carb choice.
2. Training
Ideally, gym access would benefit you, as the weight workouts will assume you are in a fully stocked gym.
If that’s not possible, there are bodyweight routines or you can make alterations.
3. A Killer, Kick-Ass, Take No Prisoners Attitude
Seriously.
This is the most important part.
And it’s not even close.
Lots of people take “Free Challenges” and just say “Meh, Whatever”, and it doesn’t do jack for them.
But if you go “all the way” and get into this bad boy, and ride it out, you WILL lose fat, you WILL gain muscle and you WILL be amazed at how awesome you feel!
