Who knew – you can eat BIG, satisfying meals……….and still lose fat!
That was a HUGE gamechanger for me!
In a former life, I adhered to the “small meals throughout the day” approach, and I HATED it!
I was always nibbling at food, wondering why I couldn’t stick to my diet.
It was only after I started getting strategic, and eating in a way that I TRULY loved that I started making progress!
And how about that “check-in”? Did you “check-in” today at all?
