Join The Healthy Habit Bootcamp (It’s Free!)

Starting next Monday, we will be holding one of our favorite courses:  The Healthy Habit Bootcamp.

Let me tell you a bit about what the Healthy Habit Bootcamp (HBC) is all about.

 

As you may know, I was a teacher in a “former life”.

For the first 12 years of my career, I taught middle school math and social studies.

After getting into proper shape, I felt like I had a unique, new skillset.

I had learned, studied, and researched the best and most efficient ways to lose fat, build muscle, and improve your health.

And I also had over a decade of experience as an educator, and I was a pretty darn good one, if I can toot my horn a little bit here.  🙂

 

I started teaching other men and women – who were just like me – how to get fit.

I was never a genetically gifted rock star.

I wasn’t some kid who had huge arms and a 6-pack at the age of 15.

I was a “normal guy”.

I had to fight tooth and nail to lose the weight, and even moreso to gain muscle.

I knew people needed help, and I was psyched to give it to them.

 

After a few years of helping other people had passed, I had thousands of client data points to analyze.

I did a deep dive into the information, searching for trends.

I wanted to find what “best practices” were for all of my future clients.

I was wondering things like:

  • Is low carb or low fat better for gym performance? For fat loss?
  • How many days per week provides the most rapid strength gains?
  • How many meals per day should a client eat to maximize their fat loss rate? Muscle gain rate?
  • Are results better with cardio, or without cardio? If they’re better with cardio, what type of cardio works best for fat loss?

 

After sifting through data with thousands of men and women, I realized something.

All of the above questions were… well… pretty much pointless.

EVERYTHING varied by individual.

 

And guess who had the BEST results?

The people who were the most consistent.

Yup.

Boring, I know… but those who showed up every day and did their best no matter what ALWAYS got the best results.

It didn’t matter AT ALL if they ate low fat, high fat, 1 meal/day, 6 meals/day, did cardio or not, or lifted 2x/week or 6x/week.

ALL that mattered is that they showed up and tried their best each and every day without fail.

 

After realizing that, it dawned on me… a client’s success has nothing to do with their actual set up.

And everything to do with their daily habits and how consistent they were.

With this newfound information, I started looking in other places than just exercise and fat loss data.

I started asking questions about the behavior of our most successful clients.

And I started hearing the same common themes over and over again.

Starting on Monday, I’m going to show you what I have discovered.   🙂

 

Your macro recommendations and assigned workouts don’t mean much if you’re not going to follow through and take care of business.

And that’s EXACTLY what next week is about.

Teaching you small, daily, simple habits you can start stacking on top of your program to enhance your results like never before.

(Be careful not to “enroll” in the HBC Training Program. Just tap “Details” > “Begin” and do the workouts without enrolling so they don’t mess up your current program data.)
