Diet is everything when it comes to your results.
In reality, training is the “easy” part.
Sure, it takes dedication and discipline.
But I know FAR more people who train hard consistently who half-ass their diet than vice versa.
When it comes to fitness, most people don’t need a hand created training program.

If you lose the fat, you will see the muscle much better, and it will give you a better aesthetic (and you’ll be healthier, too).
