Christmas is upon us. Just a few more days.
My girls are jacked up through the roof, obviously.
They’re at the PERFECT age. They believe in Santa 100%, but they aren’t really materialistic yet.
My wife and I have done a decent job holding back and being reasonable. Christmas will cost around $300 for two kids this year.
It’s tough – damn tough – to not splurge and go off the deep end. You want your kids to have everything.
But our view of “everything” is different than most.
We want our kids to have a good moral compass.
We want our kids to have strength and conviction.
We want our kids to feel safe and secure.
We want our kids to be loved.
We want our kids to have confidence in themselves.
We want our kids to be hard workers.
We don’t give a shit if our kids have the latest Jordans, iPhones, Princess Castles, or video game system.
Not one, single shit.
Exactly none of that stuff matters.
The stuff that matters costs nothing.
Don’t ever forget that fact.
Merry Christmas – from my family to yours.
Reading Gainz By Jason
Sometimes, I know EXACTLY what I’m going to write when I sit down to pen an article.
Other times, I need to mull it over in my head before the ideas start to flow.
Personal digestion is a topic I knew I wanted to discuss with you.
I’ve had some digestion struggles in the past. Nothing bad enough to see a doctor; just basic bloat and discomfort.
Using a few simple products has made my “pooping game” much more……….pleasant.
I knew I wanted to write about this to help you out. But I wasn’t sure how to handle such a delicate topic.
So, I handled it the only way I know how: With brutal honesty, no filter, and some humor.

Client Gainz Of The Week
Today’s Client Gainz come from online client Edwin.
Edwin finished up his first 12 weeks with us recently and he lost an estimated 18 pounds of fat.
His initial cut brought out his aesthetics nicely.
Edwin fought through injuries and ups and downs, but he was rewarded with an athletic, new look.
Excellent job, Edwin – looking fantastic here!

Thought Gainz Of The Week
This week’s Thought Gainz come from an email from client Josh.
Josh was wondering about the rationale behind the rep ranges we use.
Josh asked:
Hey, Jason,
What’s up, man. I have a quick question if you don’t mind.
I’m getting awesome results from the workouts you sent me, but I want to know how you have created them.
What’s the rationale behind the sets and reps?
Can you explain that to me? I want to be able to create my own workouts in the future.
Thanks, dude! I appreciate it!
-Josh
Excellent question, Josh – allow me to address it.
