Me right meow.
Me right meow.

It’s such a dichotomy. I love colder weather, autumn, and even winter (to an extent).

It’s the simple fact that it goes on for too damn long up here in Michigan.

Granted, this allows me to ice fish, which I had never done growing up in Cincinnati.

Actually, who am I kidding? It’s less ice fishing and more taking time to relax and go on a guy’s trip.

But the weather is a-changin’ around these parts.

40 feels like 10 due to the summer we just had, and sleeves are coming back into fashion.

That doesn’t mean things have been quiet on our end. As we near Halloween and the start of November, our clients have been shredding fat, feeling great, and dominating life.

Let’s see what this week has had to offer…………

Reading Gainz By Jason

This week, my article highlighted a personal struggle I’m having – which just so happens to be a struggle that many of us face at one time or another.

Trying to rush progress. Or finances. Or love. Or life……..

We need to stop rushing ourselves. We rush everything.

We try to do everything as fast as we can.

We need to actively attempt to alter our perception and take life as it comes.

There will never be another today.

Today will happen only once in eternity.

Make the most of it.

Client Gainz Of The Week

Today’s Client Gainz come from client Barb.

Barb has been an online client of ours for a bit of time – and she looks phenomenal!

She’s down about 12 pounds and is back in a size 8. At the young age of 54.

Proving once again that age is nothing but a number.

Here she is, wearing a huge smile.

Excellent job, Barb! Keep rockin’ it!

Thought Gainz Of The Week

This week’s Thought Gainz come from client Michelle.

Michelle recently received a program from us and she had a question about her fat loss parameters.

Her exact question:

Hey, Jase,

After reading your article this week about rushing progress, I began to think about my own program we are using.

I have a weekly fat loss goal of 0.5 pounds.

That doesn’t seem like much.

I know we don’t want to rush things, but can we up that number a bit and aim for a faster rate of fat loss?

I’d like to move faster than that.

You’re the Coach, so I will listen to your answer.

Let me know what you think!

Thanks, Michelle.

An excellent question, Michelle.

Here are my thoughts:
